ACTIVITIES:
1. Interview classmates about their talents, interests, hobbies, heroes, and anything else that you think might belong on the back of their photo card. Make the cards with drawings on the front of each student.
2. Write a sentence about how each student contributes to your class.
3. Write a letter to Willie Mays describing your plans for an afternoon together. Make it sound like lots of fun!
4. Create a skit about spending a day with Willie and his friends. Perform it for the class.
5. Compose a song or rap about Willie and your time with him or his accomplishments. Perform it for the class.
