THE CASE OF THE SABOTAGED SCHOOL PLAY

ACTIVITIES:

1. Prepare a monologue telling about yourself as a character in the story and present it to the class as your character would.

2. Draw a scene from the story that includes a character and some clues to the mystery in your picture.

3. Be Sam or Dave and keep track of clues in a casebook. Write notes for each day that tell what you have figured out about the case so far.

4. Write a script for a play, including stage directions, about the story. Perform it for the class with some of your classmates.
