ACTIVITIES:
1. Show someone in your family your favorite picture in this book. Read the title and caption and then write a story to go with the picture.
2. Look at the picture of the seven chairs. Write a poem about the unlikely places the other 6 chairs ended up,
3. Draw your own picture of something mysterious and write a title and caption .
4. Choose 5 of your favorite pictures from this book and read the titles and captions. On a sheet of paper, write down the first question that pops into your head for each one. Make up an answer for each of your questions.
5. Look at the picture under the rug. Draw a picture of the next scene when the man finally sees what is under the rug and write a caption for your picture.
