ACTIVITIES:
1. Write a paragraph showing a comparison of the way Fly handled the sheep with the way Babe did. Tell why you think Babe had more success herding the sheep.
2. Write a paragraph about the funniest incident in the story and point out the reasons why you think it is the funniest. Select some of the author's words and support your opinions with quotes from the story.
3. Rewrite one of the the chapters of this book as a play. Then ask some of your classmates to perform it with you.
4. Make a 3-D model of the course Babe had to herd the sheep through. Show your classmates how this was done.
