ANASTASIA KRUPNIK

ACTIVITIES:

1. Anastasia comes to understand her grandmother in a special way. Write what you feel is the most important thing that Anastasia learns about her grandmother and explain why in a paragraph.

2. Anastasia is the kind of person that some parents and teachers might call a "real character." Write a paragraph to show the ways she is interesting and unusual.

3. Start a notebook of your own like she kept, with a list of things you love and things you hate. Revise your lists, keeping track of how and why your feelings change.

4. She often felt that her parents didn't take her seriously. Imagine that Anastasia has written a letter to you asking for advice. Write a letter back to her telling her how to make her family life better.
